What is your go to for writing CSS?

I used to use LESS as a pre-processor but then switched over to SCSS as it's much nicer to use and adapt to.

I haven't used any others though although I know of others like Stylus, what's your experience with CSS pre-processors?

I don't care generally, I tend to use a both SCSS and LESS but most of the actual code I write is general CSS. Basically so long as it follows conventional CSS rules I'll use it. If it uses some super weird format then I won't. Same thing's go with template HTML engines and stuff of that nature.

I've found that nesting CSS using SCSS is really handy and if you couple that with BEM methodology that it makes CSS a lot more fun to write.
